The Humble Beginning

Fifteen years ago, I arrived in Canada as a seasonal worker in a remote area of northern Alberta. From there, I moved to another remote but promising location, where I started my family. From working as a food server to eventually becoming a business owner, I quickly realized how challenging it was to pursue permanent residency in Canada. Life became more difficult, responsibilities grew, and a shortage of income pushed me to look for new opportunities. That’s when I encountered my AGA, a moment that ultimately guided me into a business focused on helping others.

Joining Greatway marked a turning point in my career. As a business owner, I transitioned into a more dedicated role of helping others. As a Christian, I believe true fulfillment comes from serving others, and this belief has shaped the course of my journey. Although I once considered sharing my knowledge a weakness, I now understand it’s an essential part of who I am and the growth I’ve experienced.

I’ve embraced leadership, not for personal gain, but with a heart committed to serving and empowering others to secure their futures. I take immense pride in the work we do, knowing that by supporting both families and colleagues, we create meaningful, lasting change. The opportunity to be part of this business and contribute to the success of others is an incredibly rewarding achievement that fills me with both pride and purpose.
